my Xbox 360 randomly disconnects from live, how do I fix that?

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Select Network Settings.

Select Wired Network.

Select Configure Network.

On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults. This resets the console's network settings only. Restart your console. Test your network connection again (Settings > System Settings > Network Settings > Wired Network > Test Xbox Live Connection).
