My xbox 360 profile is immediately disconnected from xbox live when I sign in.

Hi, been trying to troubleshoot this for 2 hours with no luck. When I sign in to my Xbox live profile, I get a notification saying “disconnected from Xbox live”, then I get an error message that says: “your console can’t connect to Xbox live. Do you want to exit this session and test your network connection? If you are playing a game you will lose any unsaved progress. 8015190A” after testing, everything seems to be working. Network and Xbox live status are fine. But after signing in again, it disconnects me again. Would really appreciate some help.

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage.

Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

I did all of the stuff that I can do myself and what I can do with the wired connection.

PS. I got disconnected again. Tried signing in, I nearly got in as when the 360 had loaded my profile it said straight away "Disconnected from Xbox LIVE" and then it showed me a "Can't connect to Xbox LIVE."

Happens to me a lot now when I try to sign in

Ok so when you load up the 360 emulator on the one it immediately says that it is disconnected from xbox live.

When you pull up the 360 guide does it give you a choice to sign into an account at the bottom by hitting I believe the Y button if so try going that route with it.

When you say you redownloaded your profile do you mean on the One itself or in the 360 emulator?

When you load up the 360 game does it almost immediately say disconnected from xbox live?

Does it allow you to play the games in campaign mode?

I got the same ploblem,when i turn xbox on and its signing my pofile in,it will say disconnected from xbox live and say to test conection.I test conection and all is good.i have to turn my xbox on and off 2 or 3 times just to sign my profile in.Also when
i get a update for a game it downloads update and then says disconnected from xbox live,it does not sign me back in to xbox live.I have tryed downloading my profile,clearing the system cache,turning modem on and off.please help.
