    My Xbox 360 games disappeared


    3 of my Xbox 360 digital games disappeared on my Xbox 360 console and order history. When I find those games on a store, they tell me to buy it again, I payed these games 2 years ago on this account I'm 100% sure.

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    The games have disappeared from my achievement list at the bottom they are xbox 360 games, some of them are backward compatible.

    I've noticed that all Xbox 360 games have disappeared from my achievements list. Only Xbox 360 games. Everything else is there. And I see that missing items are still there on the Xbox App. But not on the console. So weird :(

    Since we do not have access to account details on this forum, you'll need to contact an Xbox Support agent so this can be investigated further. However if you cannot produce proof of purchase I cannot guarantee it will be possible to restore these games.
