    Yes it is recent, saddly I have looked the cd and there are no scratches.It does the same with all of my cd.

    Did it just happened recently where it will not read disc? Make sure your disc is not scratched.

    We recommend attempting to
    roll back the update     (solution 7) to narrow down the problem. Then you'll need to power cycle your 360 as well as your network hardware and the update should come back in for installation. Please give it a shot and let
