    hi.

    recently i bought a cable for my Xbox 360 controller, i was using a wireless reciver before, so, when i try to connect the joystick directly to my pc, the joystick doesn't connect, i try seeing the Device administrator, and the driver appear as "Xbox Wireless
    Controller via Charge and Play".

    I try to "update the driver" to "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows" but when the instalation of that finished ask me to restart my PC. When i restarted my pc the driver doesn't change at all.

    Anyone have this problem before, i can't use my reciver anymore because it's broken.
