My xbox 360 can't connect to xbox live, code 80151911

Somebody can help me? I want know what is the error 80151911. I can't sign in xbox live with a xbox 360.

My Xbox 360 will not connect to Xbox live when I go into the network settings and test my connection it says that the connection is at a full 4 bars. However when I then click connect to Xbox live it tells me the error code 80151911. This makes no sense
since when I sign into my brothers Xbox using the same account I can connect straight away. please help.

I understand how frustrating it must be that you are unable to connect to the Xbox Network. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as restarting your router/modem?

Please run a connection test on your Xbox 360:

Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings > System Settings > Network Settings.
Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Once you've run the test, send over a photo of the results.
