My Xbox 1 x keeps shuting off after 10 seconds

I am having this same issue with the Xbox 1 X. Having the issue with the same game tonight but it has also been an issue while playing Borderlands 3. Also no error codes before or after the shut off. Game just freezes for about 10 seconds, party chat can
still be heard and then shut off.

If you are playing in a new generation console, like Series S/X is try to remove games from quick resume first.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Hello again, you can try deleting the game and downloading again, after uninstalling the game do a cache cleanup on the console before re-downloading the game.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords

After that see if you can uninstall the game or update it

I have a similar problem: my Xbox One X after starting Forza 7 the first time switched off. After powering on it switches off after about 3 seconds. So no usual hard boot is possible. I disconnected everything, held the power button
for >10 seconds - no change. Any idea?

Note: my old Xbox One was in the insider preview ring, I exported the setup today to an external HDD and imported this during the initial setup of the X simply having attached the HDD and answering to use the existing setup.
