both ways did not work. Tried several times

Is the solicitor message on your phone or directly on your phoneline?

If it is on the phone can you borrow another phone to plug in to receive the call?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with recovering your account.

If you are unable to recover your account via normal means, you would fill out the
ACSR document that allows you to recover your account.

This document requires that you provide as much information that you can regarding the account, such as old payment instruments, the Xbox Live device ID of your console, email folders etc.

Depending on how much information you were able to provide, you would receive a couple of different responses. This would be that you provided enough info and they would provide you with a link to reset the password of your account, that they need additional
time to verify that this is you, or that you were unable to provide sufficient information and you would have to fill this out once more.

This cannot be done, however, if you had enabled Two-Step Verification [TSV] on your account.

If you do manage to recover your account this way, you would then be able to update the security info on your account for future references.

This is the only other means that can be used to recover an account.

Reset or recover your Microsoft account. I would encourage that you give this a try if you haven't already, to see if you can recover your account this way.

This way also does not work. I tried providing as much info as I can remember, but now I can't submit another one for the next 24 hours.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

If you are unable to recover your account in this method, then you will not be able to recover your account.

There is a way to force a new alias or security proof onto the account using
this link, however, if you are unable to sign into your account, then adding that new info will not be possible.

My best reccomendation at this stated, would be wait the 24hrs and then attempt to fill out the ACSR document once more.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
