    I just bought my console yesterday, when it rebooted after doing a software update on first turn on, there was a loud bang and an electrical flash, how or do I speak to about getting this repaired/replaced?

    Click on the "Sign in" option, it will take you to the page of your registered devices, select on your xbox "more details" then it will take you to a page that will inform the warranty of your console, below you will have the option "Start Order" then, just follow steps from there.

    I bought an Xbox Series S as a dedicated Dev box and emulator. All my games are on the SSD. Since the patch, I can't play anything. I check every day for an update but there is none. It's frustrating. It negates the whole reason I bought a series S. I play my Series X for my retail games. There have been other patches on my series X and XB1 but none for Series S. Haven't seen any talk about this issue anywhere except this thread. I wonder how much attention this is really getting.

    One of my friends just bought a 65" P-Series Vizio 4k...absolutely beautiful picture! He hooked up his standard X Box One and the picture quality is leaps and bounds better than my Samsung; can only imagine what a X Box S or Scorpio will deliver.
