My X Box One controller no longer work (And i dont know why)

I fixed controller finally with brook 360 to xbox 1 my one x was bhrougth in nov 2019 and it supports wired controller got a wired 360 controller too price where like total like a new controller i use my tummy on a and rest of end to x y b i dont understand
why my controllers like dont register holding down a or presses dont input

Iv tried Re-syncing both my controllers and using a new one. the game itself is the Actual CD from X-box, so i cant uninstall. and sorry i dont know where the HDD option are so i cant change that i dont really play with my 360 option much other then stick
the game in and play.

Well everything seems to work perfectly fine on X-box One while everything sucks on x-box 360. I would like to know if you dont care about the players playing x-box 360 ??. Sell a game where you only can play online, and then the online part dosent work.
Agreed its not you selling the game but I payed for my x-box live card and it dosent work. Can you maybe tell me where to write if I want a refund. And after that this game is useless for me but I guess I have to take this up with the place where I bought
the game. And for everyone else reading here, I have a used x-box for sale

I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it and it works now. That link doesn't explain why it would be compatable with my series X but not my Xbox one X. If it's compatable with the newer box surely it would be with the older box. Or have I simplified things too much? Anyways it's working now

Hello. I don't have any other problems, but eventually nothing worked. I still dont know why it is longer. But it is weird that it is longer, altough it isn't longer to anybody.
