No, this does not happen with any other games, and I do not have any external storage units. There are no messages that pop up after getting redirected to the home page. And I downloaded the game from the Xbox store.

Did you purchase the game with the same account you are using to play?

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, follow these steps:

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

This did not work for me, when i click sign in on the home screen it just takes me back to the home screen, also none of the other apps, features and etc are currently working; my xbox one s is not working at all, thinking about discarding it to the trash
