It is possible that downgrading from the beta has affected your DLC. If there was a fix for this, they will be able to help you out. Further assistance can also be requested from the

I'm having this error with my Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

I've purchased some in-game content in the past (few) year, and every time I re-download the game, I was able to find the contents I've purchased in the Marketplace in game. Few month ago I upgraded my game to BETA edition through the Xbox insider. I
was still able to find the contents at that time. But the day before yesterday I returned the game version to normal and after I re-downloaded it, I can't find my packs in the inventory of my Xbox Account. I can still find the contents in the marketplace,
but they are showed to me as un-purchased. Some times it'll show me the coins I left before, and sometimes it doesn't.

I've tried re-starting or re-login, but none has worked yet. Besides, I've downloaded Minecraft on another PC of mine, and I can't return it to normal version. It should be able to return to normal version after I un-subscribe the BETA version in Xbox
Insider and re-download the game. I'm not sure why it is happening.

Anyway, I'm looking forward for your reply and thank you for helping me.
