My wireless network
G'day,

Just wondering if you have placed any other equipment near your console or router recently.

To eliminate a Network issue have you tried a wired connection from console to router?

Thank you for replying, I understand that not being able to see your wireless network can be frustrating. I would suggest trying to restart or power cycle your console. Follow the link provided for more info on how to

Power Cycle your console. Now, if, that doesn't work, I would then recommend trying a

Soft Factory Reset of the console, other wise known as Resetting the console and keeping the Game and Apps. If neither of these options work, do not hesitate to reply back letting us know. Again, thank you for posting on Xbox Forums!

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums for assistance, I'd be happy to help.

Go ahead and follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button and from the menu, scroll over to the System tab and select Settings.
Select Network and then Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC address.
Select Clear and then restart when prompted.

Once the Xbox restarts, try to connect to your network again.

Well i tried it but my console did not restart

I tried following the suggestions above but whenever i try clicking “restart” after trying to do “clear” nothing happens. My xbox shows that im clicking “restart” but it doesnt happen. I havent been able to use my xbox in a month.
