    Custom Gamerpic

    Hi. I am asking anyone in Xbox support to help me. I want to make a custom gamerpic for my profile on Xbox one and I don’t understand why it won’t let me. It says I need to be older or have an adult account and I’ve tried changing both of those on Microsoft
    and it won’t work. If someone could help me make a custom gamerpic I would really appreciate it.

    Why on my xbox 1 my cousin account,my account have live on his xbox but not on mine

    why on my xbox my xbox live don’t work but on my cousins it works and same with his account on my xbox his account won’t work but on his it does and idk if it’s to do with my Xbox enforcement, some one help
