My wired internet connection keeps randomly kicking me offline, what do I do?

What can I do about ppl hacking my ip address and kicking me offline

I've actually already tried a wired connection and I still suffer the same problems, this is what's making me think it's not the connection, the only other explanation would be that my Internet is cutting out randomly, but I can stream live tv etc just fine

i get kicked offline on my computer too I even contacted my isp and its not from them. i know its him because he sent me messages saying it was and he even had my ip adress. its not hard to get someones ip adress and kick them offline. he keeps doing it
and will keep doing it. I contacted Microsoft and they told me to post on here and i did. he been doing it to me and a few other friends. its been going on for weeks. I still have the messages he sent me with my IP adress in it and saying hes gonna just keep
doing it.

Hello. I’m good, thanks. I install games from Game Pass and connect periodically. I purchased the Xbox console (not a PC), I save locally, so why the requirement to connect? And why randomly in the middle of playing a game? The main reason I play offline is that whenever I’m online and auto-save kicks off it freezes me console, all I can do is restart.
