my windows 10 xbox live will not link with facebook even though I have entered email and ...

I have a new lap top with windows 10 pro and I have the xbox live game hub from Microsoft. I am trying to link with facebook and every time I log in nothing happens. I also can not log into facebook with the game township which I also got from the Microsoft
store. I am using firefox and I have also tried with Microsoft edge. I have gone through facebook settings to see if I have something blocked but there is nothing that I can see. It seems like windows is blocking my trying to link. Can anyone help me please.

Well its been asking me for a password and email even though i enter it correctly it says i entered it wrong

 

Windows Live ID gamertag transfer Issues

I followed all the steps described to change the windows live id for my gamertag. I entered everything correctly, the emails, the passwords all were signed in correctly ive not only double but tripled checked. After pressing Yes change my windows live ID
I get a message saying that the email and password were incorrect. I know for a fact that all the information I put in was correct I can sign into all of them on my computer. The passwords the email, all correct yet i still get incorrect email/password. I
dont understand what is going on since I am 100% correct on my emails and passwords, hell my xbox even told me i was right until I go to actually confirm and change it.

thank you will do that now. I just got this lap top and did a lot of windows updates yesterday but there may still be more.

 

sigh I am up to date on windows updates. I have no idea why I can't connect to facebook through my Microsoft games. I can get on facebook no problem directly though

• What games will not allow Facebook to sign in in order to play?
• What is the Xbox Live Game Hub you mentioned?

I suggest you to run the app
troubleshooter.

1. Press
   Windows
   Key+X.
2. Click
   Control Panel.
3. Select
   Troubleshooting.
4. On the left pane, click on
   View All.
5. Click on
   Windows Store app
   to run the
   troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
