My wife "isnt allowed to play xbox live.

No she doesnt have her own xbox game pass ultimate but i am sharing it with her by setting the xbox she plays on as my home xbox. Yes she is part of the family group. Her account name is Canader. Everything works fine when booting up a one x game and she can even play on the series x games when im also logged in on the console. The problem is only when trying to play 360 games. When she attempts to play multi-player when on a 360 game it simply says she isnt allowed.

Or are you sharing your live gold subscription with her?

If it's the second. May I know if your profile is set as home Xbox in her console?

If yes, are you part from a family group?

If not, please try adding her to your family group from here:

And give it a new try.

That's really odd.

May I know if you already tried power cycling the console and re-add the accounts? (Your account and her account)

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add the profiles on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

You gotta remember the country has to be an xbox live region before its available for gamepass which it isnt

Thats something you have to take up with your chamber of commerce as its government that has final say on what isnt allowed and whats is allowed

As far as my knowledge goes about xbox, xbox live is what makes it possible for xbox players to play online, isn't it ? Because i believe that Xbox live is indeed available in Morocco, so why wouldn't the Game pass be ?

Another quick question.....If I have an additional "adult account" on my Xbox (not a child's account) , one for my wife and older son, do I have to pay for a separate Live account? or does the one Xbox Live account allow me to add everyone in my family and
for them all to have the separate ability to play Xbox Live with no extra charge? and have separate achievements ...etc.
