    I unable to contact or request a call back. On selecting my country and mobile number, it says unable to process request for a call. Tired multiple times. May be it's a country specific issue.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with the warranty date. You should be able to update the warranty with proof of purchase. Have you not been able to do this with the new controller?
