    This is a video issue. It looks like the green is not coming through.

    Can you check that the cable is connected fully, remove it from the Xbox and the TV, then reconnect it.

    If this does not resolve it, try a different cable.

    It's extremely likely there is broken contacts either in the pad or the cable that are causing a short circuit. It's not really possible to fix
