My Vip Star Rank not updating

Hi, This seems to be the second time I have posted this question but here goes again.

My Vip Star Rank has not updated properly since 2015, you don't appear to have a way of contacting the relevant departments about this issue (after contacting customer service -to be told not their department, requesting call backs -that never came and posting
on here, only to check back and there be no record of it !?

In this time I have been logged as not even a 1 star rank , even though I'm ashamed to say that I should be easily 5 star ranking based on my purchases alone, the last time I checked (before the stars went " underconstruction " at the new year I registered
as spending £168 in that month, this was massive error and understatement of what I actually spent). Not only that but after new year it just has "get started" button on it now... what the **** guys?

I spend most of my disposable income on your products, in the last week running up to the new year I easily spent enough to secure rank 2 status ... and that was just in that week alone, times that figure roughly by 4, then add the fact its not been logging
correctly since the 5/9/15 and maybe you start to see the problem.

With no department to actually talk to about this issue and all searches for my original question yielding no results, others posting questions very much like mine and yet no ones getting answered. I'm starting to despair

please answer this with something other than;

"If you scroll down on the My Rewards page, it says "Temporary Delay in Deposits", they are working on it, not sure how long it will take."

My star rank haven't been updated after purchase

Since that offer was available in February, Ghost Recons would have been a preorder at that time. Preorders do not count towards VIP and would not have been eligible for that offer.

I totally understand that. I've only mentioned this offer only because since then my star rank is not updating. It used to be spot on every time but since my star rank got updated on 7th of march nothing seems to count into my rank anymore and I'm sure £80
game should have some impact on it.

eligible for MyVIP, like Defiance Bits, Elder Scrolls Online Crowns, Star Trek Online Zen, etc.

I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.

MyVIP is re-calibrated every year. From our FAQ:

Will my Star Rank change from year to year?

In September 2015, a year after we first launched MyVIP, we re-evaluated the program and made adjustments where necessary. In order to respond to our growing membership numbers and expanded regions, we adjusted the levels of MyVIP to better focus on offering
additional monthly missions and other ways to earn for more members around the globe.

Based on community feedback from our members, there was some confusion about when and how MyVIP would be recalibrated on a yearly basis. In order to simplify and streamline the process, and to let you know exactly how much time you have to build your rank,
moving forward we will recalibrate your Star Rank progress based on the calendar year. That means you currently have until December 31, 2016 to boost your starting 2017 MyVIP Star Rank, which will be based on your overall spend between September 1, 2015 to
December 31, 2016. You can see your current projected Star Rank for 2017 on MyRewards.

Based off your eligible spending amount from the previous year (September 2015 - December 2016), you were placed at a 2 star level and your progress was set to a default state.
