My VIP level does not seem to increase! sep 15 - Dec 16

Hi.

I tried to read very well, but it seems to me that something does not run.

From Septembre 2015 to Dec 2016 I spent 336,60 euro on Xbox store (I took data from the Microsoft web site). When I look at "MyReward" page , I can see taht I only spent 147 euro.

In the "term of conditions" you said that to know our VIP level for 2017, we have to consider how much we spent from Sptember 2015, to Decembre 2016 including the VAT . Why from the "MyReward" page can I only see 147 euro? You speak a "qualifying purchases"
. Where are the "right/qualifying purchases" written?

My VIP deadline

Can someone confirm that purchases made on Dec. 30th and 31st will count towards the My VIP level of that current year since it can take 96 hours, meaning into January 2017 to reflect changes in your level?

Whats going on this time ?

im getting increasingly worried about the vip star percentages. In the past month it seems of have flutuated wildly leaving my anything from £18 from 4 stars to last week 88% and now 77%.

Whats going on ! Ill quite happily buy to increase my rewards but my levels seem to be reversing rather than going forward

In order for support to verify your account, you would want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

I've been experiencing the same issue on PC.
Payed in Dec 16, says that will expire in Dec 15. Today is Dec 30, nothing works, already paid that and no way to get help from Microsoft.

Ridiculous customer service and damn poor code in this date validation. It does not make sense at all.

If I try to cancel the subscription and get other, it says that I already have one. If I try to play, which I already payed for, it wont work.

I hope you were originally planning on reversing that theory, because believe me, 15 to 16 contributes far less than 75 to 76 does.

Level 15 should be easy. The one time I played it, on release day with my son splitscreening, we got to 15 or 16. I havent played since.

lost all my stamp cards 30 + in nov/dec 15. Will take me 3+ years to get back to that level.
