My video is only showing blues and reds for color. Everything is distorted and staticky....

You would need to make a test with a different HDMI cable to rule out that possibilty first.

If the issue persists even after changing cables try a factory reset

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

^^Yup, color blind ON means the enemy shows orange and friendly is blue. Color Blind OFF is red, green, and blue for party.

As for my video switcher, i realized that the component cable that comes with the 360 actually needs the other inputs (green, and red jacks) to display full color as tested when i plugged it directly to my tv. Using a video selector switch only gives me
one video input (yellow) ...so my theory is that is why i can only see it in black and white which is odd because initially i was getting full color when only plugging in the blue video jack...strange.

as in skin color, only the ones that are offered by default choices any other color like red/blue/green etc can only be done by modding the account and will result in perm ban from LIVE.
