    My vc reset ?? Player progression lost


    So I was playing last night used like 5k vc on my guy to upgrade to like 89 i came back home from worked fired up the game and my player was at 79 and all my clothes and clubs and player progression was reset and I can't get my guy back to 89 ...

    Please help

    I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your game. I understand you upgraded and spent 5k VC, which seemed did not work. Have you tried signing in and out of your account?

    It is also best to contact the game support directly so they can check your account.

    someone better refund me all my VC I lost using on my player SMH

    I done put 110,000 worth of VC into my MYCareer Player

    game sucks/crashed today and lost 250 vc. my son loved nba2k17 so much that I bought him months ago he spent $150 on a preorder buying into all the hype BS. Lost his player and all vc's in The Neighborhood today after 2 hours setting
    it up. He was so happy to get home on a 1/2 school day and this happens. He is very sad. I'm very pissed at xbox one!

    MyCAREER file unreadable

    This just happened to me today. I spent 40000 VCs on my Player (including 560 Microsoft points I purchased) and now 18 games in I get the error message: "Unable to load "myplayer" on memory unit. The saved content is damaged or unreadable. Press A to
    continue". This happened last month when I lost 37000 VCs, and I thought it was just me, so I re-created and now reinvested time and money on a new player and, same thing. Is there any way I can retrieve this file? Or get back my invested VCs and Microsoft
    points? Please help! This is frustrating and unfair.
