My vbucks isnt showing up

they can be used on pc IF you sync it across from xbox console first, once they are added to the account then they sync over to the epic account, they are NOT usable on the pc version of fortnite directly.

It is showing up in the history but not in-game. Do you have a direct link to Epic Support? If you do, I would appreciate it if you were to post it.

You have purchased V-Bucks for the Xbox version. You should have purchased them for the PC directly from Epic Games, or from a local or online game store.

Can I use these V-Bucks across devices?

V-Bucks purchased on Xbox, PlayStation or Switch cannot be spent on other devices. Any Fortnite content you buy with your V-Bucks will be available on every device linked to your Fortnite account, regardless of which device the content was bought on.

If you bought Fortnite V-Bucks from the Microsoft Store but can’t find them, check your purchase history. If you see them listed, contact Epic Support.

They did say that they purchased them from the Microsoft store not from the Xbox. The link that they shared to the Microsoft store shows in the listing that they can be used on PC.
