My Vbucks didn’t load to my epic account. Anyone know troubleshooting as Epic is closed...

no, it will add the vbucks to your microsoft account, to then ync them to your epic account you would need to load fortnite on xbox console or free via the cloud then the vbuck will appear on your epic account.

My cousin bought fortnite crew a couple weeks back so the obvious thing I did was refunding (which at the time I didn’t know you could go into negative vbucks) and then yesterday I bought 1000 vbucks which was for the new season but I only just realised that it only took me to 60 since I was on -980 and I messaged Xbox support and epic games support and they both said to go to the other site and epic games also said they couldn’t do anything about it because you have to pay off the debt and I don’t know how to either get my money back or to get my 1000 vbucks. Someone please help

Unfortunately this isnt something Microsoft would be able to assist with as the issue is with your fortnite account which would be on Epic Games' servers.

Only Epic Games would have the access to be able to assist with something like this so no idea why they sent you to Microsoft.

vbucks are added to the account that purchased them via xbox, this will sync to your epic account once you load fortnite up on console.
