My VBucks Card didn't work

Earlier today, I went to my local gamestop and bought a 10$ Vbucks gift card. I redeemed it the way epic games said, but when I turned on my xbox, it wasn't connected to the internet, although it tried to open fortnite and told me I needed to connect to
open it. I connected, than opened fortnite manually, but my vbucks didn't show up. after that, I tried to redeem the code epic games emailed me in the microsoft store, but it said it was already redeemed. What am I supposed to do to get my vbucks?

Remove your account, restart your console and download the account again. If it doesn't work give it 48 hrs and contact support.

You would have to contact the place that sold it to you. They may not have activated it.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with the v bucks.

I can suggest a couple of options but doing a hard reset of your console.

Hold your finger on the power button until the console completely shuts down. Give it a few moments and start the console back up.

If you still have no success reach out to xbox support following this link, make sure you are logged into your account. They will be able to have a better in depth look into your account to assist you.
