    My UUID randomly got reset, now I lost all my stuff in all my servers.


    I just logged on, joined a server, and I realized all my stuff was missing. So I did some testing and I realized my UUID was different. Is there a way I can change it back? I lost all my stuff My UUID randomly got reset, now I lost all my stuff in all my servers. :(.

    Hi Angel, I’m Aileen, an independent advisor. Thanks for reaching out. I get how upsetting it is to lose your game progress, especially after trying everything.

    That error (0x80830003) usually means there’s a problem with the space used specifically for saving game data, not your overall storage. Even if you have a lot of space left, your Xbox might not be able to manage save data properly.

    When you reset your console but kept your games and apps, it also wiped your local save files. Normally, that’s fine, because your progress is backed up to the cloud, but if your Xbox wasn’t syncing properly before, your recent progress may not have been saved online. That’s likely why some game data is missing now.

    You can try this:

    Go to My games & apps, highlight the game, press the Menu button > Manage game and add-ons > then under Saved data, select your profile > choose Delete from console.

    This forces the Xbox to pull the cloud version. Don’t choose Delete everywhere.

    Also, make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet while doing this, since cloud saves only sync online.

    If the problem keeps happening, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear > Restart. That helps refresh your network settings, which can affect sync.

    Lastly, if nothing helps, you can contact Xbox Support to explain the situation:

    stuff on servers will still be there but the saves themselves are gone i had a similar issue where i accidentally formatted my hard drive and lost all my saves for GTA 4 but all my online rankings from stuff like races and deathmatches were still there.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to recover some save data on your account.

    When you lost your data, were you playing on console or on your mobile device?

    It appears that you may have signed into the wrong account, which means you may have used the wrong email [or phone number] to sign into your account. You could try to review the info on

    article for further options you may be able to use.

    If you are still able to access your info on the PE edition of Minecraft, then you may be able to see the email that is associated with your account by going into Settings >Profile > Manage who can send you invites.

    Alternatively , you can try to sign into a different account on the Xbox website and see if you can identify the correct account this way.

    Lastly, if this all fails, you may be able to
