My Username was changed by someone who hacked my PC, I can't access my Minecraft account...

Hi Darhyl thank you for your reply. I did try both the methods the first one says my account doesn't exist. When I tried the contact us it either shows "call currently unavailable" and when some times it does show the number I am only able to talk to an automated voice. It does say you can chat to an agent which is available 24x7 but I can't see that option either

In order to contact Microsoft Xbox chat support, you can follow the steps:

2. Click the category related to your problem

3. Click "See Contact Options"

3. Click on the related problem from the selection

4. This will show you an approximate fix for your problem, alternatively, click "Show Contact Options"

5. Once clicked you may choose between "Chat with Xbox Support" and "Request a Call from Support"

6. Fill in the required information and you'll be on your way to fixing your issue!

However before you proceed with your Microsoft Support contact, I would highly recommend you to contact the game developer Mojang first as they may provide you an option to unlink your Mojang account from your hacked Microsoft account from their server database. After submitting your ticket, Mojang will send you an update within 24 - 48 hours.
