    I have asked a few times and paid 999 to restore my username of Rubtlady1. My username should not be Fuller jar. And my points can go to please. And thank you at the top of my screen I should see not Fullerjar.

    My username should be it was my original username but they keep putting Fuller Jack as my username and I'm not sure who's getting the credit I did put in $9.99 to restore my username with no effect.

    Also I get a lot of crashes from Xbox the directions say that I should clear the data from the applications manager but if I do this will all my coins be lost will all my winnings be lost?
