    My usb don’t work and when i plug in my controller it vibrates


    I have an around 5 month old Xbox series S. purchased 27th of December 2023. I like to play keyboard and mouse but when i plug in both the usbs for them it doesn’t do anything. Playing keyboard and mouse i like to plug in my controller as well so it doesn’t idle however when i turn on my controller then plug it in, it vibrates around every 5 seconds. I have restarted it, plugged basically everything in and out but can’t seem to fix the problem.

    When you plug usb into the controller, it vibrates, but that's it.

    How to connect my controller.

    It is a wireless Xbox controller, however I plug it into my computer using a USB to USB-C cable. It used to work well in the past but recently it has been not working at all. I don’t use batteries because it’s plugged in.

    My computer running Windows 10 doesn’t recognize Xbox One controller. I plugged in an Xbox controller to the USB slot but I saw it vibrating, the lights flashing but it didn’t work. I did some troubleshooting such as running
    the device troubleshooter, trying to use another USB slot. I also cannot see the controller in the device manager.

    It is 1697 model.

    Nope, it doesn't work on my console or wireless. When plugged in with USB cable, the buzzing is constant and sounds like an electrical buzz. The vibration motors don't seem to go off when this buzz happens.
