my UPNP is not working on my xbox

4. Turn the UPnP setting back on and save your changes. If there’s a Zero Config setting, make sure that’s turned on as well.

If you don't have access to your router settings you may need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider in that way they can help and guide you, Edgar.

If you use UPnP you don´t need Static IP´s. On my Xbox (only one) I use UPnP and if I give my XBOX an Static IP my NAT type gets back to moderate. That makes no sense for me - maybe it´s the implementation of UPnP in my router. Only if I don´t give my xbox
a static IP and use UPnP my XBOX works with open NAT. Try to change your xbox to a non static IP Adress. and restart your Router.

So if I enable UPnP, would my Xbox work fully again?

I *finally* solved it myself after a lot of work and multiple customer support chats. It had to do with port forwarding and DMZ hosting and UPnP. I had UPnP enabled before I port forwarded. After I port forwarded my console still wouldn't connect. Once
I disabled UPnP (restarting my router and xbox each time I made a change to be sure) my console worked. At one point I lowered my MTU value but I don't know if that did anything.

Here is some trouble shooting steps to try.

Restart your console, your modem, and your router.

Turn the UPnP setting back on and save your changes. If there’s a Zero Config setting, make sure that’s turned on as well.

Restart your modem and router.

Once you’ve reset your router:

Restart your console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > General > Network settings.

Check your settings again to make sure the UPnP message is gone.

Hope this helps I have an R8000 and havent had any issues with the UPnP. I do have to some power cycles on my network equipment from time to time.
