My ultimate edition content from Diablo IV is not available

Short backstory: Bought Diablo IV: Ultimate edition the 6th of june and at the time did not think much of the ultimate content not showing in the *Manage add ons* menu in the games settings. Have let it be considering I thought there were so many people buying the game, and that the system would fix itself considering my purchase history shows the proof of my purchase accurately. It has obviously been some time, and I thought to confront support about what could be done to give me the content I payed extra to get. If any additional information is needed then please inform me so we can resolve this efficiently. Thanks in advance!

Hello there, usually the game recognizes you to own the content as long as you have connected your Battlenet account.

As this is not the case, I recommend you reaching out to Blizzard support with proof of purchase in order to review what are the options for you as recommended in this article:

It doesn't show up like ad on's in other games.The horse stuff you get access to at the start of act 4 in the story,the season pass stuff you get access to in mid July when season one is meant to start.Not sure about the wings of the creator but i think they should be in the emote menu

Hey Manuela!

Ah I did not know this, but this does still not explain why in the game and add-ons screen of my game the ultimate edition content doesn’t show up, that is something it is supposed to do there the same as it does in any other game where additional content is bought and downloaded, and to verify, the purchase has not gone trough on battle net because it does not show I have bought or have access to it there anyways
