My ubisoft account is linked to a other Xbox account

As per my understanding, you have Ubisoft account already linked to your Xbox account and you don't have access to the Ubisoft account and is trying to link another Ubisoft account to your Xbox account and is unable to proceed due to an error. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

According to the Ubisoft support page, you can only link one Ubisoft account per Xbox Live account. If you want to change the Ubisoft account linked to your Xbox account, you need to contact Ubisoft support and request them to unlink your current Ubisoft account. However, this may result in losing some of your game progress, achievements, and rewards.

Alternatively, you can create a new Xbox Live account and link it to another Ubisoft account. However, this may also affect your game access, subscription, and purchases on your original Xbox Live account.

Did you tried checking the username/gamertag linked to your Ubisoft account?

For this go to the Ubisoft linked accounts section: https://account.ubisoft.com/account-information

And please verify this, if a different username/gamertag appears. Sadly you need to reconnect that account. Because as stated in the official Ubisoft linking other accounts FAQ:

"You can unlink your accounts at any time. However, you will only be able to re-link the same account you had originally connected to your Ubisoft account."

I don't like to give bad news but when you link a Ubisoft account with your Xbox account, you can't link this Ubisoft account with a different account according to Ubisoft support.

I understand your concern. In order to link your Xbox Rainbow Six Siege account to your PC account without using Xbox, you will need to link your Xbox account to your Ubisoft account and then link that Ubisoft account to your PC Rainbow Six Siege account.

Please follow the steps below.

1 Find your existing Ubisoft account.

If you played Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox, you already have a Ubisoft account linked to it. Make sure you know what your Ubisoft account is (email address, etc.).

2 Go to the Ubisoft Account Management page.

Go to the Ubisoft Account Management page.

3 Link your PC account.

Sign in to your Ubisoft account.

Navigate to "Linked Accounts".

Locate the platform you want to link to in this case, your PC account and click Link.

Follow the instructions to link your PC account, ensuring that it is the same Ubisoft account that you previously linked to your Xbox account.

Once linked, you will see your Xbox and PC accounts listed under Linked Accounts.

Once linked, your progress (operators, skins, etc.) from your Xbox account should be available on your PC account due to cross-progression support in Rainbow Six Siege.

Please go to this link, https://gamepass.ubisoft.com/en-us. Make sure you are logged in to your Ubisoft account. Kindly check if the Xbox account you are using is linked there.

If it is not linked, you can link your Xbox account there with your Ubisoft account.
