My tv is glitched into 4 different boxes and idk if it’s my Xbox (Xbox 1 S)or my tv.

May I know what 4 different boxes are you referring to?

Did you also mean that your Xbox One S console worked on other TVs except for one? If so, it may be a TV issue. You may want to check its TV source and be sure it's set to the correct HDMI port.

1) The color space on my cable box is YCC 4:4:4 (the other option I can select is RGB).

3) The option for "TV Type" on my cable box is 16:9

Can I hook up the Xbox 1 straight into the tv and not through my cable box and just play it straight and keep my cable TV separate?

I installed my Xbox 1 last Saturday and this morning my wife and daughter were watching TV. The TV started pausing, skipping forward, displaying no HDMI connection. Went through TV settings and Xbox 1 settings, reset everything to default. Problems remained.
I did notice that every time the Xbox would display the HDMI not being connected the cable box would reset (display DU1) and the picture would come on in a paused state, then skip to live action I thought at first the the cable box may have been the source
of the problem, but had to rule that out, when I switched directly from the Xbox to cable box for TV. Problem went away, My other Xbox 1 is plugged directly into a TV and will not have this issue. Only the one with the cable box.

Hey so.... after like 4 days of my tv working normally it started glitching out like crazy again. We've tried it on multiple tv's and have tried multiple HDMI cables but only one cable and tv worked. On the tv in my kitchen, there weren't any glitchy lines or anything but it would still black out every 2 seconds and it's so frustrating. We are going to bring the xbox in for a clean or repair... idk what to do anymore. I'm worried that my xbox is the problem and that it can't be fixed. As I'm typing this I'm in my room looking at my xbox home screen going black every 2 seconds and having glitchy lines go across the screen like mad.. Please help ;-;
