i have a problem with my controller and turtle beach stealths 600’s series 2 disconnecting from my Xbox at random when I’m playing a game my audio starts getting all crackled and then lags and then disconnect from my Xbox.

It’s a turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 and I use it every day, and I’m on xbox

May I know when did this issue started? Did you experience this since you first got the device, or this was working perfectly fine then suddenly issue started to occur?

If this only started recently, can you recall if there were any changes made prior?

How about when using the headset with another device, does it work fine, or you also experience random disconnection?

Please make sure first to update your Xbox console then see if the issue persists. See: About system updates on Xbox | Xbox Support. Note: Try updating the console with the headset connected.

Check also with the headset manufacturer if a firmware update for the headset is available. See Stealth 600 Gen 2 Xbox - Turtle Beach Audio Hub (Update Firmware And Customize Controls) and try the steps provided in updating the headset firmware.

I have had a lot of headsets over the years, from Turtle Beaches to Astros. Personally for my PC I use my Razor Kraken but for my Xbox (I like to play competitively) I use my pair of Astro A50s. But if you are looking cheap, Krakens or Turtle Beach Stealth
