My transactions show redeemed v-bucks but does not show in account balance? Am I doing...

Does it show as a $10 balance on his Xbox account? Usually it's applied that way and then he can use that balance to purchase the V bucks.

Kindly confirm if the V-bucks are showing up under your account transaction history by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased V-bucks.

If the transaction is not showing up it means the purchase wasn't successful. Please try to purchase the V-bucks again to see if it pushes through.

Note: Do not make another purchase attempt if the transaction is already showing up on your account's order history to prevent duplicate purchases.

Epic support would like to confirm whether you have redeemed the secondary code on the correct Microsoft account.

Login to Epic account

Then go to transaction > V-bucks Card Redemption from the drop down menu

That will allow you to see the v-bucks card redeemed on your account as well as the secondary code.

Login to the account that you see through your Epic account where you redeemed the secondary code at this link below and verify that the V-bucks shows as redeemed:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Let me know if you see it is redeemed on to the right account.
