    My Time with microsoft...


    Over the years I have loved playing games on my xbox account KeeliSW but guess what! My brothers pc got keylogged and my email was on his account. Then my xbox account gets hacked i lose it and they dont let me get it back. The email is switched and I dont know what to do. I need my saves back.. Ive been on call with microsoft support and I was hung up on 3 times. Recently I tried again and the lady told me to fill out a note pad of my info to see if its enough to get my account back and guess what!!! NO RESPONSE AFTER I FILLED IT IN MULTIPLE TIMES! I EVEN REPLIED TO THE EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE. I HAVE SO MANY SAVE FILES ON MY OLD ACCOUNT AND IT PAINS ME HOW I CANT GET IT BACK. I HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT NOW AND IM PAYING FOR GAMEPASS CRAZY RIGHT? IM PAYING! FOR GAMEPASS! AFTER MICROSOFT SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THAT I HAD SPENT LOTS OF MONEY ON! THIS IS MY FINAL WARNING MICROSOFT.

    The Better Business Bureau is not a government organization and it's a private company distributing stickers.

    You're responsible for securing your account

    If you've been filling out the account recovery form that's the only way to do so. You must provide the evidence requested in order to prove that you are the legitimate owner of the account

    I have NO issues with connection, my WiFi works perfectly.

    Network is OK in everyway.

    I am using the start menu, I just told the browser in case it helps, but as I said I have launched thru the WIN app at Start menu
