    OK, thanks, will try ; I use the controller to navigate the menus b/c the console defaults to the controller; the stick has yet to work even when first starting the game; is the a menu select to choose stick as the default ? If so, haven't seen it

    There is a button on the SIDE of the controller you need to make sure is set to "Xbox" There is both a PC and a Xbox setting for that flight stick.
