    My text won’t show on certain menus.


    This last weekend i turn in my Xbox to find not text on my main menu. It’s very difficult to navigate the dashboard. Is there something i can do to fix this?

    My subscriptions won’t show up in the subscriptions menu

    If your subscriptions are not showing on https://account.microsoft.com/services website using your account, it's possible that you've purchased them from a different device.

    What device did you use originally to subscribe to those subscription?

    Hmm it still won’t show the troubleshoot menu, when I continue to hold down the sync and eject buttons it just plays the eject button sound?

    Hello,

    Can you please try to reset your Xbox 360's Display settings by following the directions
    here? Does this improve after doing so?

    Do you have another TV you can try this with and see if this is still blurry?

    Are you certain it installed as well?

    Go to My Games & Apps, highlight DR3 and press the Menu button, then choose Show all add-ons. Find the pack and if there's the option to Install, click A on it.
