my tenure isnt correct went from 5 to 4

my tenure went from 5 to 4 in october 2016 but only on the one side on 360 still is a 5 i waited till the end of february need fixed it should be 5 or higher no matter this happened in october when it went from 4 to 5 back to 4 in 10 days im a preview on
xbox one but they said it has to be posted here is where u guys handle it in rewards so iwould appreciate it to be corrected fix etc.

Tenure was reduced?

Just today, or not to long ago I think.... My tenure went from 4 to 3. Any reason why? Cause I'm pretty sure It was correct the last time....

Xbox Tenure Frozen

My Xbox tenure was at 5 or 6 before it went back to 4 it been that way for months. I believe it frozen on 4 and won't change no matter what my tenure should be at seven now.

My tenure counter has been corrected somewhat. Went from 2 years to 4 years. Still off by 1 year, should be at 5 years. If you can't get it back to 5, I can live with this.

my tenure went from 5 to 4 in october 2016 had support and escalated it they cant figure why my tenure now been stuck at 4 for almost 2 years this happened before when i was 2 and went to 3 they fixed it i understand how you calculate

it this happened when i called in to have old email removed they said

there was duplicate account so she erased one and instantly my tenure

went 5 to 4 in october 2016 waited since still stuck reopened case and

they sent me to post here i should be 5 going onto 6 years tenure in october 2017 so now its been enough long enough you guys need to correct it no reason for this not to be fixed year in a half later after it was ok when you guys update the tenure calculations this

ridiculous and im about to leave you guys all together if this doesnt

get corrected i will cancel everything shutdown my account and moved to

another company i spent alot of money and time with you guys and all i

get is passing the buck to others and forums hoping i give up but when i

do i will be a customer somewhere else and start fresh and sell

everything my last step before i cancel and leave is this forum and then

a complaint i sent to corporate head quarters the complaint was last

year but i will put another in and then cancel all if this doesnt get

resolved this is just such a cop-out from xbox when they dont correct something they dont care and no department to handle

Hey SiLeNt,

I've double checked your tenure and it looks to be showing the correct value of 4. When your tenure hits the 5 year mark, it will update for you.

Wait a few Days and Re-Download your Profile again. This helped me out in my Case. Tenure went from 2 to 1. And after the Redownloading yesterday my Tenure is Correct again
