    My tenure badge is not showing up on my profile


    I got my Xbox series X and became an ambassador, then my tenure badge stopped showing up. Been trying to fix it this past year and can’t seem to fix it need help if you can TY!

    There's no exact timeline on if/when it'll show back up, but it can take a full billing cycle which is 1 month.

    My years on Xbox isn't showing

    Just to add that you are not alone. My badge disappeared a few weeks ago and has not come back. I think it has broken somewhere in the back-end and stopped counting as my 360 profile still shows tenure but stuck at 19.

    I was a member of the Xbox Live beta and have had no breaks in tenure either, with my current subscription not expiring until Nov 2023.
