My system daily update why

If you are getting system updates daily, then chances are your console is in the Xbox preview program. If you want to remove the console, then if you haven't already, download the Xbox insiders app, then launch, go into settings and remove the console
from the preview. You should then only get one update to the public release, and only one every time the public version is released.

i'm not in the preview program, i got my xbox from a friend who was on it but i could only guess that whatever it was when he joined was still on the system so im getting updates like crazy pretty much every day or so and its really annoying.

yeah im getting them too and if its not everyday its every other day. I'm not sure what microsoft is doing but i think they need to either fix the problem with these constant updates or they need to chill out and work out some way to give out updates once
or twice throughout the week or whichever. My internet is crappy enough as it is and when i get an update it takes damn near forever to get it updated. So Microsoft, slow your roll please, this is not a race to see who can get the most updates out there in
one week.

Yeah, anything and everything connected with the beta is supposed to be hush hush. Even it's tech issues.
