My suspension has passed but still won’t let me message!

I got a communication suspension on 1/1/17, and I was banned until 1/2/18 at 11:36:00pm. It’s oast that now, and the Xbox app says I’m still banned, but yet the website says I’m not. So I log on to my Xbox, and the thing won’t lay me send messages, which
is ridiculous, since that was my last day of holiday break, and I couldn’t even play with my friends. They invited me and I would join, and they couldn’t hear me, but I could hear them. I couldn’t send messages. It said it had something to do with my privacy
settings, but I go there, and everything is already set to everyone. Please help me on this!

My account has been banned for a week and my suspension has passed. I still cant talk or message pls help

Suspension is over, but my Xbox won’t let me play still

so my 14-day suspension for an “ meme nudity” gamerpic was lift at 2/3/2018 8:45pm. Xbox app now lets me send messages on my account, Xbox.com now let’s me send messages on my account, but when I turn on my console and sign-in, it still says I’m banned and
won’t let me send messages/play online multiplayer. I’ve tried playing on a secondary account and still the same problem, the enforcement screen pops up right away.. it’s making me frustrated knowing my 2-weeks are up and I still can’t play.. it’s been almost
over 12 hours since the suspension was lifted.. I need help!

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it.

If that does not work you may need to contact official support to see if you've had the ban extended. There are certain bans that do not show up on the site.

Yes but evrytime I go to do it it shows the balance is still there and won’t let me subscribe to game pass

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1.
Remove your account from
the Xbox.

2.
Give your Xbox a power
cycle.

3.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
