My suspension ended yesterday But I still can't play online or send messages. Help?

As the title says my communication suspension has ended yesterday at 10:05pm but I still can't play online or send messages. So what is wrong.

I've payed my dues and extra for sending a message using my other account to tell a friend that I'm suspended. Payed my dues for that too.

What else am I paying for??!!

Extra information that may be helpful:

When I go to Xbox enforcement page It shows the orange hammer which I think means your suspended and if it's white your not. But mine is orange except when I go into the cases the suspension is no longer active it's not orange test, doesn't show a end time
only the start time.

Again, why am I still being punished?

Cannot send messages or party chat

My Xbox Live account was banned for 2 weeks, and I was not able to use any communication features or play games online. Now that the suspension period has ended, I can once again play online games, yet I cannot send messages or communicate within a party.
When sending messages, the error message still appears: "Choose something else to do. Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages." --My suspension is over and this is still occuring. It is very frustrating and I would like it resolved, and I am
tired of there never being any answers.

 

No longer suspended but I can't send messages?

I can't play online, send messages, or go into a party. The suspension ended today at around 4:56-4:57 pm Pacific Time so I don't understand
