    My subscription panel is broken

    Every times I try to access my subrisction on my microsoft or xbox account it show me this.
    I always need to call customer services for every modification.

    Controller poor quality and really upset.

    The button next to the Dashboard button is unresponsive, the thumbtacks lagged and stuck and now are literally broken. The front panel is loose as well.

    Call support and have them turn it off. That's the only other way if the website is not working.

    You can set up a repair
    here     but that might take a while with the current world situation. There are plenty of videos how to fix it yourself which is what I would do. If you try and are unable to fix it, MS will still do it as long as you don't do any illegal tampering to your
    console.
