    I think i figured it out, my xbox live subscription ran out between getting the game and letting it download and booting it up to play it. apparently my xbox games with gold won't let me play in between gold subscriptions. I wanted to do some single-players
    while on gold hiatus for a few days, but that won't let me.

    I need help as well. I turn on my Xbox 360S and it will bring up a message saying "Sorry, this console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date." I have two problems, maybe three in one... -_____- Second problem is that it won't let
    me download my profile anymore. It will say "can't download profile at this time, please try again later." Third problem is that on the website when I try to change my payment options, it won't show that I'm on a membership on any card, but it says that
    I'm a gold member?? So I try putting a new Xbox live membership on a new card but clicking join xbox live. It keeps bringing up a message that has been pissing me off for days. It says "Uh.. Oh.. That wasn't supposed to happen, there seems to be a glitch
    in the system." What does this mean?!?? It won't let me play any games signed into me or other friends. Console won't play!! Please help!

    Forced to buy subscription

    So , I have played free for since I got my XBOX, then I got a message one day for an update or something and won't let me.play any games without getting a subscription. I never had a subscription before all games are free to play and were free downloads.

    Do I need to reset my console? If I do would I have to re-download all The games I currently have?
