    My subscription is paid but does not work


    Good afternoon,

    I bought my Xbox One S a month ago with the Black Friday promotion which included the console, 5 games and 6 months of free subscription to the Xbox Live Gold for 300€.

    Last week I tried to play online with my Xbox Live subscription (I activated the code after receiving the console), but the multiplayer games didn't work and a message appeared to ask me to buy a subscription. However, in the settings it is indicated that
    my subscription is validated and still works.

    I tried thrice to re-enter my credit card number to validate my subscription again but it still does not work.

    Yesterday, my bank account has been billed of 1€, 6,99€, 6,99€ and 6,99€ again, for a total of 21,97€, because of my multiples tries. But my Xbox Live Gold subscription still doesn't work and I'm supposed to have 6 months for free.

    Could you try to fix my Xbox Live Gold problem, and could you please refund these payments ?

    But how can this happen? My Gold membership is a pre paid one which was paid fully, its not a monthly subscription for Xbox Live not to work. So if I migrate my account to US and still stay in Malaysia after 3 months, will my Gold Subscription show up again?

    Hi, I have my Xbox one since 2 years but today I have the same problem, because I bought a 1 month Live Gold Subscription, money taken from my bank account but I can't play any game online because everytime a message appears on the screen and ask me to pay
    again to use Live Gold.

    Can anybody help us?

    Is the purchase showing in your purchase history? If so, try power cycling the console, adding/removing your profile, or a hard reset.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the subscription order as “completed”.

    Once confirmed, repair the game by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

    First advanced options has 'uninstall.. reset.. or terminate' I have tried reset and it still does NOT open with the PAID/COMPLETED Premium Edition.
