My subscription is missing form Xbox PC app

I have an active GPU subscription that’s good until April 2025. It shows in account management and shows a good status. It was working fine until a week or so ago now it’s not active in my Xbox app. I can’t play any games because of this. Any help is appreciated.

Please try changing the region of your device to the United States by doing the steps below and see if it works.

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

Under Country or region, select your new region.

Hello Ron,

I turned off recurring billing and restarted, but no changes. My subscription is active and will expire 02 April 2025.

The error I recieve is below:
Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

I've tried uninstalling game services, xbox app and reinstalling. Repairing them.

Please check if your subscription is active from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/.

If it's active, on the same subscription page, please turn off the recurring billing then restart your computer or console, try playing any game from Game pass after that and see if it works.

I'm not sure how, but it was set to a different region.
