My subscription doesnt work in the xbox.com website

On your computer, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are issues with your account, the instructions will help resolve them. If you can't get past the login screen, select I forgot my password and follow the instructions.

If that doesn't work, select Start > Settings > Time & Language. Under Date and time, make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

If none of these options work, select the Start button > Settings > Accounts, find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app, and select Remove. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

I got the same problem as TNT, Im able to log in on xbox.com website but when I use that information on my account it doesnt work telling me that my password is invalid.

it doesnt work!!!! the damn website says for me to delete my billing information, yet i dont have any subscriptions or xbox live points!!! damn this site

im using the website. it doesnt specify what subscription i have. i checked services and subscriptions on the microsoft website but there was nothing there so im unsure why it says i have a subscription.

I just set mine up there and it worked fine.
