    Hi, the 4th of July i got a charge on my account for Xbox Gamepass PC, plus the tax on international purchase, so i went and tried to play a game, but it just said "Purchase gamepass" or something like that, after that i went to check on the status of
    my subscription, and it said "Payment pending" even though i paid, any help here?

    So basically, even though I had no balance (they want me to pre pay for a month I didn't receive) and if for some reason I can't pay off my credit cards in the next few months, I'm screwed.

    Thanks Microsoft for making a product that lies (tells me auto renew is off when it wasn't) and holding my money hostage while making me pay for a service I didn't receive. (My account expired ON 5/20 which is why I renewed it with the card, who knew that
    even though paying on the date it's due it's already considered "in arrears".

    I was having this problem too, but adding a new card and transferring my subscription to the new card (even though the subscription was not set to renew) allowed me to remove the old card.

    Cant renew or buy new xbox live gold membership!

    I try to renew my membership it shows me my payment options but then says your card was declined even though we have plenty of money on the card

    i cant renew my xbox game pass subscription.

    My gamepass ultimate subscription has expired I tried to update it and it did not renew, I canceled the subscription and it doesn't want to renew. I even tried the normal subscription and it also does not go through, I pay with my card and it says this method is no longer valid?
